## Overview

Moviwa is a B2B AI governance platform built by Montevive AI. It lets a company see which AI tools its employees use, set policy on what may leave the organisation, and keep the evidence a compliance review needs, while employees keep using ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini freely. Policy and reporting live in a management back office; enforcement reaches the employee through a browser extension that scans every prompt before it is sent and blocks or tokenizes sensitive information in milliseconds.

The problem: employees already use AI to work faster, but every prompt risks leaking trade secrets — contracts uploaded for summarization, source code pasted to find bugs, strategy documents shared with models that learn from user data. Companies lose data sovereignty and face regulatory fines.

Moviwa addresses this by giving the company a place to set policy and see what is happening, and by enforcing that policy in the browser before anything reaches an AI service.

## How It Works

1. **Deployment**: the back office is provisioned for the company, and enforcement installs like any Chrome/Edge extension. No changes to the operating system or network infrastructure.
2. **Pre-send scanning**: When an employee clicks "Send" in any AI tool, Moviwa analyzes the text in milliseconds looking for sensitive patterns.
3. **Block or tokenize**: If sensitive data is detected, the employee is offered two options — anonymize the data (replace with [REDACTED]) or cancel the submission. The employee decides, but no data leaves without control.

## Features

### Real-Time Detection and Blocking
Moviwa reviews submissions BEFORE they go out. It detects IDs, passwords, source code, contracts, and strategic information. The data is never shared with AI services.

### Tokenization
When sensitive data is detected, Moviwa offers to replace it with [REDACTED] tokens. This allows employees to still use AI tools productively while keeping confidential information within the company.
