- Where is the data in each tier?
- In Shared and Dedicated, in a European data centre, with the environment separated per client. In On-prem, on the machine installed at your own premises: the information never leaves the local network.
- Do we buy the On-prem hardware ourselves?
- No. The machine is included in the setup and installed on site, with secure remote access for support and local backups. The 36-month term is what sustains that investment.
